SETPOINT Blueprint sells digital products, specifically personalized reverse diet roadmap PDFs generated from user-provided inputs. When you complete a purchase:

Your roadmap is generated immediately from the data you entered into the calculator
The PDF is delivered digitally — either downloaded directly to your browser or sent to the email address you provided
Delivery is considered complete at the moment the file is generated and made available for download
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the roadmap for your personal use only
You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or share the roadmap content commercially

4. REFUND POLICY

All sales of SETPOINT Blueprint digital products are final.

Because our roadmap PDFs are personalized digital products delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once delivery has been completed. The instant nature of digital delivery means the product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense — once your roadmap has been generated and made available, the transaction is complete.

Exception — delivery failure: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving or downloading your roadmap, contact us at hello@setpointblueprint.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly, including re-delivering your roadmap or issuing a refund at our discretion if delivery cannot be completed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund policy.

5. ACCURACY OF CALCULATOR OUTPUTS

Your personalized roadmap PDF is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any SETPOINT Blueprint content without prior written permission.
